On top of this, place a thick slice of tomato, and a thinner slice of onion. Top this with some smoked salmon, and you’ve got yourself a delicious and low calorie snack!

There are many great dinner options as well, when you’re following the smoked salmon diet. Need something in a flash? Why not wrap heated smoked salmon around steamed asparagus spears. Got a little more time? Make some whole wheat pasta of your choice, dress it lightly with oil, and liberally sprinkle in the smoked salmon chunks.
