We stay close the source of our Alaskan Smoked Salmon, read more about that on the "Why Salmon" and the "Salmon Info" links. Our processing and smoking takes place in Alaska using traditional methods. This allows us to maintain our superb quality standards. Inspections are performed at critical points throughout the creation of our Smoked Salmon.

Our distribution center is located in Washington State, this is where we ship the Smoked Salmon and Gourmet Desserts nationwide. This is as close to Alaska as you can get while staying in the contiguous States. For sales we are conveniently located in the middle of Texas, Dallas to be exact. From here we have a central location from which to operate our outside sales department as well manage and operate web operations.

REFUND FOR CREDIT OR EXCHANGE:
We have a "satisfaction guaranteed" policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your product you may return it for a full refund of the product purchase price.

When processing a return, please allow about 1 week for us to process the paperwork. A customer service representative will work out the details with you.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS rate; which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. To preview the shipping charges, enter the items you want to order into your shopping cart. When you're done enter the destination zip code and click on calculate. Directly below will be a list of the different UPS shipping options and the associated charges with them.
UPS Ground, 3rd Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air shipping are available to all of our customers who place orders to be shipped to one of the 48 contiguous United States.
Orders to be shipped out of the 48 contiguous United States (i.e. Alaska and Hawaii) are sent by UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air delivery. These orders are not eligible for UPS Ground or 3rd Day Select shipping.

DELIVERY AND LEAD TIME:
Since UPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays (even for express shipping), the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. For example: A Next Day Air order, leaving our warehouse on a Friday for New York, will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time.

LEAD-TIME GROUND SHIPPING:
Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday at around 4:00 PM PST.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (Next Day, 3rd Day):
These orders are given top priority. Express orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday at around 4:00 PM PST.

BACKORDERS:
Shipping time on backordered items varies. You will be contacted via phone or email if you order a backordered item. At this point you can either choose to wait for the item, or remove it from your order. If you choose to wait, the backordered item will ship out to you automatically just as soon as we get it back in stock.
Payments for backordered items are made up front as part of the original order. This helps to keep shipping costs down, as it would be more expensive to charge for two separate shipments. If you choose to remove the backordered item from your order, a refund will be issued that is consistent with the original method of payment.
