Smoked Salmon Cheese Logs

Ingredients

  • 4 ounce cream cheese
  • 2 ounce white cheese, grated (Swiss works great)
  • 2 ounce Smoked Salmon
  • 2 Tablespoon Herbs (dill or onion)

Procedure

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until mixed
  2. Remove mixture from food procesoort
  3. Lightly dust with flour and then roll into logs
