Ingredients
- 4 ounce cream cheese
- 2 ounce white cheese, grated (Swiss works great)
- 2 ounce Smoked Salmon
- 2 Tablespoon Herbs (dill or onion)
Procedure
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until mixed
- Remove mixture from food procesoort
- Lightly dust with flour and then roll into logs
