Ingredients:
- 8 ounce of “Smoked Salmon Delivered” Smoked Salmon – Natural or Sockeye
- 2 – 8 ounce Packages of cream cheese
- 1 – 8 ounce Can of crushed pineapple, drained
- 3 Green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 Tablespoon seasoned pepper
- ½ Teaspoon hot pepper sauce (Tabasco)
- ½ Cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans
- Total of only 3.5 carbs per serving!
Procedure:
- In mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, pineapple, onions, seasoned pepper and hot sauce.
- Once thoroughly mixed together, mix in 8 ounces of Alaska Smokehouse Smoked Salmon. You may use Natural or Sockeye.
- Form the mixture into a ball and roll in chopped nuts.
- Wrap the ball in plastic wrap and store in refrigerator until serving.
